For the last 4 years, Redwood Middle School has seen an increase in its API score, with a 2009 score of 972. Saratoga High School is a WASC-accredited, California Distinguished School. Over 98% of graduating students go on to college. A wealth of Honors and AP courses are offered, and student academic achievement includes 29 National Merit Scholarship Program finalists in 2009. Saratoga High Students can choose from a wide range of athletics, clubs, student commissions and student government. The school’s welcoming campus includes the new McAfee Performing Arts & Lecture Center.
