Here is a quick snapshot of the Saratoga homes sold in 2009. 37 homes sold under $1M, 144 homes sold between $1M-$2M, 30 homes sold between $2M-$3M, 10 homes sold between $3M-$4M and 3 homes sold $4M and up ( I had the privilege to represent one of the sellers in $4M bracket).
As the statistic indicates in 2009, $1M-$2M bracket was the most active by far, if we include the 37 properties which is sold under $1M, 81% of Saratoga market were under $2M.
